Escape tourist traps and discover the soul of Ho Tram through the eyes of locals—fishing, cooking, and living with heart.

If you’re searching for a place to escape the noise of the city — a place where you don’t just admire the view but truly live with the land and the people — then Ho Tram is that place.
My name is Trầm. I was born and raised here — in a land where the sun is always golden, the sea forever blue, and the stories are always waiting… for someone curious enough to listen.
Fishing with locals – a moment you won’t find in tourist guidebooks
Ho Tram is not a place for rushing through checklists. It’s where you sit by a wood fire and listen to Auntie Sáu tell fishing stories from her youth. Where you wade through fields with Uncle Năm to catch crabs — laughing and talking with your hands, because he doesn’t speak English, but his heart speaks loud and clear.
You’ll ride with me — yes, me — on a motorbike through village roads to eat what local people eat every day: bún riêu cooked the way my mom makes it, crispy bánh khọt with fresh garden herbs, and grilled fish by the beach…These dishes aren’t found in guidebooks — but they live in the childhood memories of hundreds of people here.
And when you’re sitting on the back of a motorbike, guided by a local woman, riding under the sun-drenched village canopy, hearing their laughter, seeing their eyes light up when they talk about life — you’ll feel a Vietnam that’s not just beautiful, but truly alive.
Ho Tram is waiting for you.
Not to be visited.
But to be lived.
